If you have a question regarding your shipment, please read the following first:
(A) Boxes take an average of 2-4 weeks to arrive.
(B) We cannot provide a tracking number for your order because Japan Post doesn't issue tracking numbers for Airmail or SAL shipments.
(C) There's a 95%+ chance that your box is still on its way. Try waiting a few more days. If your box still doesn't arrive, email us.
